Forget site content, when it comes to certain news websites its all about the headline, pictures and reader comments! A catchy headline to lure the easily amused in. Plenty of pictures, (most are basically the same but with a slight different angle) for your eyes to soak up the story allowing your brain to generate your own version of events.

This new form of social commentary whilst interesting in the likes of freedom of speech and a new portal for debate also creates some nastiness in the form of trolling. Not to be getting too serious, I thoroughly enjoy a morning read of peoples comments on the articles rather than reading the article itself. (Not that I don't read serious news either) Browsing on the internet this morning I found this article, What Internet Commenters Would Say About Famous Writers on thoughtcatalog.com and it really made me chuckle. The comments sarcastic and derogatory tone depict how I perceive these "Internet Commenters" perfectly. Go and have a look, you know you want to!
Do you enjoy reading the comments more than the article? What's your favorite site for viewing the comments? Maybe you even join in with the commenting?
