Excitable Shopping!

Blogspots been neglected! I tried to cheat on you with wordpress but its just not doing it for me. So I promise it won't happen again, and from now on blogspot will have my full undivided attention.

Since April what happened is....I finished second year, I got a job in a hotel (aka faulty towers) faulty towers went into liquidation, I went to Thailand, Went to Leeds festival, Moved house and turned 21! I'm sure other stuff happened to but thats the milestones I can reel off easily from my terrible memory. So..I shouldn't have got lost in the internet.

Sooo, I seem to have established this new obsession with shopping. Ok, It's not new, but it is just getting a bit too excessive. Tuesdays have been renamed Tuesday Funday! Normally me and my housemate would meet in town after finishing uni, hit the shops, go for a few drinks to start the night and to relax after all that stressful shopping...before heading home and getting ready to go out! So last Tuesday was no exception, apart from the fact I decided to get my eyebrows done at the Benefit counter in Debenhams. Whilst I was waiting I tried their Hoola bronzer which I was greatly impressed with and bought yet another highlighter. I think I most definitely have an obsession with them! The Hoola bronzer and Watts up are great together for contouring a la Kim Kardashian! I want to go back and get their 'they're real' mascara as it really made me 'wow' and the brush is brilliant as it allows you to get all your little lashes in the corner! I just couldn't justify spending that much money all at once! But next Tuesday after pay day!!

I bought a fab new pair of Chelsea boots with a slight heel from Office. The slight heel is perfect for everyday day time wear, giving you that little bit of leg extension if your short like me, whilst also keeping to comfort!

On returning home I  danced around my bedroom in all my new possessions (everyone does that right? It's not weird...).

SO I have this major sleep problem at the moment, and i'm blaming it on the fact that I have damp in my bedroom. (Self-diagnosis, probably should go to a real doctor because I just completely made it up)  It was about that time when most people are comfortably curled up in bed catching those zzzz's and therefore I couldn't sleep..coz thats just something I only seem capable of doing in the mornings. SO..what did I do? Only went and spent another £150 online shopping. The two annoying things about this is: 1 - you feel like your spending monopoly money, or your just claiming the clothes for free. You just type in a few numbers, the name of your road, click, bam, wam...CONFIRMATION EMAIL arrives...party time.

But not quite yet because then theres number 2. Delivery can be a bit of a faf and they never seem to arrive when they say they will! So your excited for days and days and days and then you get home and you've got one of those little red cards from the postman saying that he was here...but you weren't ..so hes gone and put it somewhere thats really far away for you to go and collect..which you don't have time for, which is why you originally ordered it online right? Or you could have just gone to the shops?! Grr!! But then...when you get the clothes (and you don't have to return them because they do fit and they do look like how the did on the website) you can finally enjoy them.

Anyway, I hope when my clothes arrive I will be super excited and do a bedroom dance...is that weird? Everyone dances in the bedroom I'm sure of it! No one admits it, theres the problem! Now I just have to sit and wait for the postman....

Can't stop listening to....

Bastille's cover of City High's what would you do? We've had this song on constant repeat in our house for aaages! The video reminds me of being a kid and going on night drives. I get transcended to the exact feeling as soon as I see it!

Enjoy :)

Tomorrow I'll be updating two new blogs to share on working in Faulty Towers and excitable shopping!
